Plan scope management

Plan scope management is the initial process in project scope management.

According to the PMBOK, this activity has the following characteristics:

Inputs	Tools and Templates	Outputs
project management plan, project charter, enterprise environmental factors, organizational process assets	expert judgment, meetings	scope management plan, requirements management plan

The next process in project scope management is Create WBS.

Note: This process did not exist in the PMBOK before the 5th edition. Previously it was part of "Develop Project Management Plan".
